Pilates for Everyday

One to one classes suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities. Lessons in the comfort of your own home (Hampton, Teddington and Twickenham areas), or at mine, at a time to suit you. We will start with a postural analysis and discussion of your goals. Classes will then focus on building fitness, strength and alignment. We often finish with a few moments of mindfulness before emerging back into the busy-ness of everyday life :)

Pilates for Menopause

The average age for menopause in the UK is 51, and perimenopause symptoms can start up to 10 years before that. These one to one classes support women during and following this period in their lives, with a focus on building bone density, muscle strength, heart health and balance, easing symptoms, and providing positive movement experiences. After a postural analysis, and discussion of symptoms, classes will be targeted towards your Pilates aims and health, strength and movement goals.
